I am happy to unveil a preview of the cover for my next book, 10 Great Gold Country Wineries.

This book is a short ebook which will list my top 10 Gold Country wineries. The wineries in the Sierra Foothills make some of the best wines in California. With over 100 wineries in Amador and El Dorado counties, 68 of which are featured in my first book, Pour Me Another, if you only have a weekend, or you don’t feel like exploring, where should you start?

10 Great Gold Country Wineries, is my answer to all those people who have asked me what my favorite wineries are. These are the wineries that we find ourselves returning to again and again.

The list is based on my and my partner’s preferences. Your pleasure may vary. You will know exactly what kind of wines we like after you’ve tasted at these wineries. It includes two wineries that have opened since Pour Me Another was published.

The guide will also include my recommendations about places to stay, places to eat, and other good wineries to visit if you have time.
