Book Signings

I am available to do book signings in various locations around the San Francisco Bay Area and in Gold Country.

Andis Wines hosted me on 14 August 2011.  I participated in Gold Hill Vineyards Art and Wine in The Meadow on 18 September 2011.  And the good folks at Cafe Aquarius in Emeryville hosted me on two of their summer Friday BBQ’s.

In addition to these public events several friends and family members have hosted special meet the author wine tastings in their homes.

Wine 101

I will be teaching “Wine 101″ classes at a venue to be determined starting in December 2011.  I will introduce you to the fundamentals of wine and wine tasting.  The class is for people who are “new” to wine and interested in learning what all the wine hubbub is about.  Gold Country wines will be tasted!

Gold Country Wine Tours

I am also looking into leading wine tasting tours of Gold Country wineries.  If I can work out the logistics and finances, I hope to offer day trips from the San Francisco Bay Area up to Gold Country for a day touring wineries and tasting wines.  The tours will be limited to 8-12 people and include winery tours, Q & A with the wine makers as well as tasting.  The first tour will be in August.
