The Urban Wine Xperience

Jack London Square

The East Bay Vintners Alliance is putting on the 9th annual Urban Wine Xperience on Saturday, August 2nd from 1 to 5pm. The event will be on the Jack London Square Ferry Lawn in Oakland. This is your opportunity to taste wines from 20 different East Bay wineries, as well as foods from local restaurants who are creating bites to complement the wines.

This is one of the premier Bay Area wine events and tickets will go fast. Pick up yours today through brownpapertickets.com. Advance tickets are $35 if you are a member of the wine club of one of the participating wineries, $45 if you are not. Tickets at the gate will be $60. It pays to be an early bird! It pays even more if you visit one of the participating wineries and join a wine club.

The participating wineries are: Aubin Cellars, Campovida, Carica Wines, Cerruti Cellars, Chouinard Vineyard and Winery, Dashe Cellars, Ehrenberg Cellars, Eno Wines, Irish Monkey Cellars, JC Cellars, Lusu Cellars, Mead Kitchen, Paradox Wines, Periscope Cellars, R&B Cellars, Rock Wall Wine Company, Rosenblum Cellars, Stage Left Cellars, Stomping Girl Wines, Two Mile Wines, Urban Legend and Urbano Cellars.

The event, sponsored by Jack London Square and the Port of Oakland, promises to be a really great time. Some of the best wineries in the State are participating. This is a terrific opportunity to sample the wines and expand your list of Favorite Wines Ever. Get your tickets now! Maybe I’ll see you there on August 2nd.
