Sera Fina’s Dancing Grape

image

Admittedly, this post started out as a simple test to see if I could post to the blog from my phone, but lets talk about Sera Fina’s Dancing Grape.

This is a non-vintage table red.  It is a blend of Zinfandel, Barbera, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.  It has become a household favorite.  It pairs well with the kind of cooking we do and drinks well on it’s own.  The price is right at less than $15/bottle.  This is a smooth wine, slightly sweet, with balanced fruit and tannins.  Sera Fina doesn’t feature this wine on their web site, but if you make the drive up there, absolutely give it a taste!
