Wine & Food Pairing

I have a favorite wine pairing. You can’t beat it.

It beats red wine and chocolate. It beats Cabernet Sauvignon and steak. It beats Savignon Blanc and oysters.

My favorite wine pairing is wine with a glass.


While pairing the right wine with the right food can enhance the experience of both, I am coming more and more to believe that just pouring a nice wine, regardless of what you are drinking, is going to enhance your meal.

Merlot and chicken? Yup.

Chardonnay and pop corn? Sure.

Don’t sweat the pairing. Just make sure the wine is decent to good and enjoy the meal, your family and friends.

Seriously. Wine with a glass is the best pairing of all!
