Use wine to invest in relationships. The pay off will be huge!

The fine folks over at thekitchn.com have posted a great little wine tasting experiment we can do to help us understand wine and food pairing basics.

These are BASICS, but for many of us, just mastering these will vastly improve our ability to pair wines with food. So grab a white, a red, a lemon, some salt, some sugar, some salami and a couple of friends and give it a try!
